[geobloggers] If you want Google Earth to spin round and show you where the latest photos are when a KML feed updates open up the Info/Properties for the Network Link and turn on “Fly to location on Refresh”. Originally I had this served as on by default, but then it got too annoying when you’re trying to look at something and suddenly the globe spins 180 to show you the latest photos.

When the KMZ is exported from the Trackstick Manager software, the thumbnail images and full-size images are embedded within it.

[MAKE Magazine] Make: Online : HOW TO GPS Tag Photos: Flickr, Mappr, Google Earth....: For my example, I kept the photos of the GPS (the location of the photos taken) on my hard drive, and just uploaded the photos I took of the actual places. For each photo, I've tagged where they were taken with the lat and lon, if you need to look up the addresses via Google you can do that now, or read them off your GPS photos like I did.
