Geotags.org > Google Earth, Mashups & KML

http://gwhiz.wordpress.com [g-WH!Z] I’m tickled to be rediscovering Google Earth. The Mac client is actually quite robust and I’m anxious to learn the KML to begin mashing up our own content on Google Earth.

I'm now just two photo sets behind on my uploads (it'll be three by tomorrow evening, when I have two card's worth of photos from the Sam Noble museum trip.

http://www.wagna.com [reBlogging - the best posts] GeoRSS is here to stay: It would be great if future versions of Google Earth let you subscribe to GeoRSS feeds, just like the better HTML web browsers let you subscribe to RSS. As the competition among virtual globes heats up, this will no doubt become a common feature.

[Ogle Earth: A blog about Google Earth.] Short news: Manifold 2 Earth, Python KML... : Glidingcontest.org bills itself as the world's largest hangliding/paragliding flight archive (though with a focus that is definitely European). With over 46,000 user-contributed flights, that may well be the case.

Earth.google.com[Earth.google.com] Google Earth: After you have installed Google Earth, you may want to explore some of the interesting data layers being published by other folks on the web. Anyone can publish content for Google Earth using our geographic markup language (KML).

http://www.juiceanalytics.com [Juiceanalytics.com] » Absolutely Google Earth - Juice Analytics: March 3, 2006 Brain Flood has released the commercial version of Arc2Earth. We haven’t worked with his tool very much, but from the feedback it has received from the Google Earth community, it’s definitely worth a look for those interested in bringing the rich ArcGIS data to the masses.
