[GIS Pathway Blog] NC Teacher Recognized in Google Earth Competition | GIS Pathway Blog: I find it really cool that educators are taking advantage of such an awesome technology.  Google Earth has some incredible benefits for classroom use.  Finding a way to inform teachers of these uses is the current challenge.  A competition like Google’s is a great way to get the word out about GIS.  The only limit that teachers have in using GIS in the classroom is their imagination and their desire to learn the direct applications of the Geospatial Technology.
